How do I restore my puzzle packs?

You can restore your puzzle packs one by one from the Puzzle shop:
1) open the Puzzle shop
2) click on the button in the bottom left corner
3) My Purchases
4) find the pack and tap Restore on it.

    I had to reinstall my magic puzzle was at level 3 and lost my 1600 plus coins, how do I get them back. Please help.

    I was unable to access my puzzles so based on a recommendation I saw in these emails I deleted my puzzle ap and now I can't reload the APP at all. Please help

    We are very sorry to hear about the issue.
    Could you please let me know whether you have been registered in the app before its deletion?
    If so, please just re-enter the My Account section to restore the coins and levels.

    I've been using this for a year. Got my mother, than 2 of my sisters and now my dad (all on ipads) all hooked on it. For some reason since the last update my dad would press the icon and it would not open. I tried everything to save it, but ended up deleting it and re-installing it. The same thing just happened. Why is he having this problem. Unfortunately he was on level 8 and did not sign up so he's lost everything. What can you do to help him?

    I have had problems accessing the AP. It would not come up at all. I deleted the AP from my IPAD and now I can't reload it.

    To reinstall the app, press and hold the icon, then press the X sign.
    Then please find the app in the App Store and download it again.

    I found the AP in the AP store but there is no way to reload it?

    Hello, I have a problem when I press "restore purchased packs" it doesn't do absolutely nothing. Also does the "gold pack" counts has a pack in general?.

    I had 73 different puzzle packs on my air. I am logged in with Facebook and when I do restore it only gives me my free ones. Very upset about this. I also had a lot of coins I lost. Don't know how many because the app crashed or what level I am on.

    I am unable to restore my purchases only the free ones are available and I also have lost all my points and levels. When I give my email to restore purchases it does not work.

    Still not restored after the update.... I've done everything to restore that has been suggested... Level 25 to 4??? Really???

    After not being able to open app on my ipad for several days I made sure to do a backup to the cloud & deleted the app. I reinstalled the app but am not able to sign in through FB. The app isn't listed in settings - FB to be able to turn on permissions. When I try to connect through FB I get (com.facebook.sdk error2.) I have been playing this for about 1 year now. I have spent money to have the no ad version & I have spent many coins on puzzle packs. I have lost all progress. How do I restore everything?

    Done update you sent through still got lost puzzle packs I purchased lost coins and levels please help all puzzle packs I have now show as not done done what's going on

    After I accidentally deleted my app, I lost all my purchased and downloaded packs. I also lost all 12,000 coins and could not get back to the level I was at (level 78).
    I have emailed The support team and received instructions on how to restore but it has not worked.
    So could someone please help get me back to where I left off?

    My iPad4 reminded me to update my iOS version to iOS 8.1.1 so I backed up my iPad to iTunes and went ahead with the iOS update.

    When the update was complete, I restored my iPad backup. Everything seemed fine with my iPad except for Magic Puzzles. On "My Collection" page, none of my puzzles appear but it does show the correct level and correct coins.
    When I open "My Account" and "My Packs", it shows all 38 of my packs and they all show "restore". However, when I click and restore them, they momentarily appear on "My Collection" page - but they all disappear within seconds - leaving me nothing.

    Seems strange that like Ray my problems occurred after update to ipad 8.1.1All my levels coins and paid puzzles gone having to work through puzzles ive already done now to get back where I was. Surely with puzzles ive managed to retrieve magic puzzles can see what we have lost out on

    Thought I'd logged in all looked ok on page but had not re logged into face book so if anyone has lost everything give it a go ive got my levels puzzle packs and coins back at last

    This is the second time I've lost everything and don't want to work through all the puzzles I've done to get back to the level I was on.
    Can you do it without going to Facebook?

    Have lost all of my puzzles program crashes when I want to start it this is to bad enjoy the puzzles now what

    Yewyeen, I checked I was logged into magic puzzles correctly, and then saw part to log into Facebook which I had forgotten I'd even done, once I pushed Facebook page to log in everything came straight back levels coins and the 18 puzzle packs I'd lost. So give it a go, like you I didn't want to lose everything again. Always happens on updates to me.

    Helen Kroeber check your logged into magic puzzles and Facebook that's how I got mine back when it crashed and I lost everything, hope that helps

    I tried to log in through My Account but cannot find the login button anywhere. It has an Email button for you to register only.
    I have emailed the support team several times about this but they have now gone silent.

    Yewyeen, when you go on to my account or where you name is at the top of magic puzzles just check all your details are correct, below that it says log in with email or log in with Facebook that's what I did. Must admit support was not great I just got sent links to picture as on top of this part. It seems since updates a lot of people have had problems. Wish I could see your screen to help you more. But hope this helps. I forgot I'd logged in with face book so do try same as I did.

    There is no button saying log in I found its just checking what is written in your name touch it your details should come up

    I have left you many many many messages without a reply.
    I still do not have my purchased puzzles even after I keep installing all the updates! I have spent $20 on purchasing puzzles & keep leaving the same messages with NO REPLY from you p. Your customer service is pathetic!!!!!
    When do I get my paid puzzles ???????????????????????
