How do I restore my puzzle packs?

You can restore your puzzle packs one by one from the Puzzle shop:
1) open the Puzzle shop
2) click on the button in the bottom left corner
3) My Purchases
4) find the pack and tap Restore on it.

    Harlan, have a look at what I told Yenween we have had dame problem as you are your details at top of magic puzzle right? Tap your name your see facebooklogin or email log in mine was linked to Facebook try logging in that way that's how I got mine then push restore paid all paid downloads scroll to bottom and touch all not downloaded to reinstall them to where you where. Last update seems to have effected loads of us. Hope this helps

    FINALLY I got my level, coins and all puzzles back! THANK YOU, Suziehotknickers.

    The problem was, my name wasn't displayed next to the My Account button instead, there so just a question mark. When I clicked on My Account, the screen did not display "log in with email" or "log in with Facebook". It asked for me to register by providing my email address. I did this several times ie provided by email address to register, and all I got was an email back asking me to confirm my registration. That was the reason why I kept emailing the support team asking them to explain how to log in.
    At long last I got a reply telling me to do exactly what Ivevtried to do before. So this time I followed through with the process ie confirming my registration and, bingo! I got everything back.
    I'm very happy about this but would still like to make a comment that the instructions should have been much clearer and prompt.

    Yewyeen so glad you got it all back, I agree that instructions are not that good just links is all I kept getting why can't they email answers would be nicer after money people are spending just glad you got all back

    I haven't been able open this app for a week tried everything you said still no,good can't even restore when will this be fixed or return all my money I have spent

    Marg, check if your account details are right a lot of us have found these not correct since update mine also needed to be logged into Facebook, see Yewyeen's comments as we both had similar problems. Hope this helps

    I had to restore my IPad. I can see all my puzzles that I have purchased but I am not able to open them. Please advise how to rectify this.

    Hi Anne, myself and few others had similar problems, have you re logged into Facebook? If using with puzzles and have you tried restore paid puzzle button to, few comments above myself and others tried hope it helps

    Hi sue Jones, recently had same prob with my mums. I logged out of Facebook doulbe clicked screen button pushed away all open screens logged back into Facebook then on to magic puzzles clicked on her name logged back into Facebook in settings on puzzles all came back hope this helps

    I have done everything suggested here and still all I get is blank frames. If I click on the blank frame the app crashes. All I have are 4 free puzzles showing. Not a single one of the ones I have bought works and I have bought a lot!

    Dianestanley, what device are you using? It's so annoying when u lose all etc I'll try to help if I can what gave u tried do far? Are u logged into Facebook with magic puzzles? Is your name all correct at top of page let me know all I'll try to help you.

    I have an iPad Air 2 64 gig. I have tried everything mentioned on this thread. Yes it's signed into my account. My name is at the top and the names of the packs show but they are all empty. I have found if I delete free packs I can read them and they work fine. I tried with one I had paid for and I had to pay again to get it back (I used coins thankfully!) My against my better judgement I signed in with Facebook too and still it does not work. Yes the name and everything is correct. I have found another puzzle app I love but I have several I have paid for (one a day or so before Christmas I had not even started) that I want back.

    Oh great! I tried logging in via Facebook again and now I have lost all of my coins. I'm totally done with this app. I just want my money back.

    Ok this worked for me and may for others. I removed the app from Facebook. Then I removed the app from my ipad. Reinstalled. Re-added my original e-mail address. Then went to my packs. Restore all paid downloads. Some re-added on their own but most I had to tap to install. I now have everything back except the coins that I used to buy an app for the second time. I can live with that. Won't be buying anything else for this app though. This is the only one I had any trouble at all with when I got my new ipad. Had to figure the solution out for myself. No way will I pay for something on this app again. Love the other puzzle app I found. A lot are cheaper too. Just not as many puzzles.

    Diane seems like updates and changing item we use causes big problems like u I deleted all when about to give up logged into Facebook and found my email at top not name as it had been onced changed all came back again I bet like me your name is slightly different on first set up of magic puzzles. It seems to be something stupid with most people's problems, what is new puzzle app you found love to know

    Completed hundreds of puzzles to get enough coins to download a 60 puzzle pack. Took coins, no pack. Now have pack but took more coins. Dianestanley, I would also love to know the name of the new puzzle woo.

    When will they fix problem of lost cins ; it has been going on for at least a year. Is this a scam?

    Seems to me that a lot of people are having the same issues that I have had. I can get the puzzles restored but it doesn't give me back my coins or the levels I lost.

    Hi iris, we do all seem to have same problems, I managed to get coins and levels back finally after logging into Facebook it changed my name on top of puzzles only a little but enough to get all back hope that helps

    Anyone had a problem with after resetting iPad restored the backup and now all the puzzles are blank boxes only four packs have actually downloaded tried the usual download my packs but it is showing they are installed.

    Denise have u checked ur name at top is correct or logged in to face book etc i gad to try all to get it to finally come back, seems like we all get problems of late

    I can't even get the app to open! I've been messing about with my password which goes with my gmail address which pays for new puzzles but you don't recognise it when I try to log in!!!Please sort things out soon.

    It seems a lot of people are having the same issue I am having. Tonight after several emails back and forth they have gotten my lost coins and levels back but he never I try to restore the packs I purchased in the gold pack, as soon as I hit restore, it wants me to sign back in to my playstore and pay the 4.99 again for each pack. They can't seem to fix that for me and just keep telling me that all purchased packs should restore bit they are not! They will only restore if you pay the purchase price again. Any suggestions?

    Shellytyler6, I had similar problems a while ago I thought all looked ok but on sign in one digit was incorrect once I altered it all came back keep trying it will come back. Good luck.

    I would love to be able to email my complaint. They claim the operating system on my iPad is an invalid number. Nice way to shut the complaints down. Just refuse to get them.

    I finally got everything back or so I thought. I enjoy using my own pictures and just tried that with no luck. Emailed a question and was told to restore and of that didn't work to just 'purchase' the pack again and I wouldn't actually be charged again. So far I have a new charge to my account and still can't download my own pictures. Anyone have any clues for this?
