How do I restore my puzzle packs?

You can restore your puzzle packs one by one from the Puzzle shop:
1) open the Puzzle shop
2) click on the button in the bottom left corner
3) My Purchases
4) find the pack and tap Restore on it.

    Ja Benson, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Were you charged by ITunes? Are you sure, you've used the same Apple ID, you used for purchase before?

    The app will not let me restore any of my puzzles. All of my levels and coins are gone too.

    Ok, I am being able to restore my purchases on my phone, but after I logged in on my iPad with the same login from my phone, and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy s4 mini, with android operating system. I still can't download the purchases onto my iPad. Please help.

    I haven't even received my 5000 coins that I purchased. I will take a snapshot of the purchase that I have made on here and if I could get your email address I will send you a copy of it.

    I bought 3 packs this morning. I found them when I went to the restore area, BUT it will not let me restore anything. Help

    My iPad broke down on me and restored my Magic Puzzles on my App Store but u didn't get my puzzles I purchased back and I can see all my purchases I just don't know how to get them back on My Collection PLZ help me.

    Arlene Alarcon, have you checked all ur details are correct and that ur logged in correctly? There is a button if you go on to shop that says restore all paid puzzles have you tried that. Hope this helps

    The way you have this app set up is very frustrating. Can't find my newly purchased puzzles even using your instructions. Keep the $4.99. Im not interested in using your wonky app!

    Hi Rita Erickson, like urself I've had problems with some packs mine seem to be not being logged in to Facebook correctly even thou I thought I was. I have had to contact Apple before as one pack wouldn't appear no matter what I did Apple refunded me the money. Good luck

    I recently had to restore my iPad which meant I had to re-download some apps and Magic Jigsaw was one such app. As a result I'm missing all my coins and although I've restore purchases I see not all purchased puzzles are listed.

    Updated my iPad to an iPad Pro. The puzzles appear, even the name of each puzzle appears, but the puzzles themselves do not appear. I tried to restore my puzzle packs. Nothing. Not only that, when click on a empty puzzle, to see what happens, the Magic Puzzle app crashes. I tried downloading a new puzzle pack, to see what happens, and nothing. No puzzle pack. Please help.

    I run this program on my PC. I've played it for a long time. But, I hadn't been on the game since the first of December. Today I opened the game. It took forever to load, the format is different, and when I go to 'get more packs' they all say they are unavailable. HOW do I get more packs?

    I have emailed you guys twice and have received no response. I had to replace my iPad and this app didn't transfer to the new one. I logged in with my Facebook just as I did on my old iPad. I can't restore any of my puzzles (including those purchased with coins), all of my earned coins, or my ranking. Can I actually get some help or do I need to do a negative rating in the Store to get someone to address this issue???

    I have an account, changed phones, puzzle packs are blank. I powered off, same issue. I uninstalled, reinstalled, same issue. I logged into puzzle app and chose "restore", same problems. Still not seeing pictures in puzzle packs.
