How do I restore my purchases?

Please first make sure that you are logged in on your iPad with the same Apple ID you used for purchase. You can use Restore all paid downloads button in the Login section (if you are logged in there must be your name/e-mail) -> Packs tab.

 

After pressing the button and entering your Apple ID details, all of the purchased packs will be added to your Packs section. You can restore the packs you would like using the Restore button on each pack.

 

You can also repurchase the All Inclusive Ultra Pack, the Gold Deal, and the Unlimited Energy for FREE deal. You will never be charged twice for the same purchases as long as you use the same Apple ID.

    It says I can't download in app purchases. Not sure what that means. I had to get a new iPad and I lost my puzzles. Some came back. But lost alot

    I purchased the gold pack to the magic puzzles back in Feb 21, 2014. I haven't had any problems until it was time to get the June puzzles. They will not download. In the past when it was time to download the next month there was a picture with that month on it. I would click on that and the puzzles for that month would download. Now I only have through May and no more will come up to download.

    It does nothing when I click on the 'restore all paid downloads'. I put my password in and it goes off and then asks for my password again. Nothing downloads or restores

    I'm having trouble getting a few packs, I paid to get the ads turned off, I try to restore purchases but it still won't put them up,I deleted 2 lots of puzzles and was able to restore them, I love these puzzles but it's starting to piss me off

    This morning I purchased 2 packs (Paris and Greek islands). But it wouldn't download... I tried several times the "restore", but it doesn't work.....

    I also cannot restore any of my puzzles since I updated to the latest version-1.10.1. I cannot play any of my puzzles because they will not restore. The whole program frequently exits while I am trying to restore. I wish I had not updated-it was working before I updated. Also there is nothing in the help about the changes to the app. What is levels and what does it mean?

    I love this app and am constantly playing it, so when the latest update came through I immediately ran it.
    WRONG MOVE!
    I lost everything, including packs I had downloaded and not even started yet, and nothing I have tried to restore them has worked. I even tried redownloading the Magic July freebies to give me something to start with, even though I was up to date with this before updating, but it is still showing locked after four supposedly successful downloads.
    My stats are showing having completed 198 puzzles but I can't get any of them. Please fix it ASAP! I need my puzzles back!

    After reloading as you requested, I now have nothing! So sorry I did the updated but assumed you had plenty of history to get it right.
    I have my stats and coins but nothing else - no restore options, no puzzles NOTHING.
    And a side comment - this is no way to run a business or keep customers

    I did the download, the icon vanished off my main page but when I look at purchases in the App Store it says it is open. I've tried to open it, I would like the app returned and all of my purchases restored please.

    Same here, I ran the update and now the program won't even open. Goes to the screen and then exits. Is my only option to delete and re-download? Then I will lose all the packs that I paid for. And I purchased 2 the day of the update.

    I do not see the screen you describe in your comments above. I sign in using my email account. The program recognizes my login but nothing else.

    Dear Customers!

    Please accept our sincere apologies for these issues.
    Please make sure that you have the latest version of the app 1.10.2.
    Then open Magic Puzzles -> press My Account or your name if you are registered -> go to My Packs tab and press Restore paid downloads button.

    Then all the packs you purchased will be added to your account with the restore button on them. You will be able to restore the ones you like.

    We recommend to restore packs one by one, so the process will go more quickly.

    Dear Wanda!

    Press and hold the Magic Puzzles icon, then press x to delete it.
    You will be able to install the app again from the App Store.
    However, please let me inform that you won't be able to restore progress such as Started puzzles. The stats and coins will be restored if you were registered in the game before.
    You will just need to login again.
