Puzzle pieces don't rotate or have a wrong orientation


Please check that the rotate option is on or off before you start solving the puzzle.

    I have the march 1 puzzle and it has a missing puzzle piece, so I can't finish the puzzle what do I do

    Please try to press the Corner button several times. Then you should be able to see the missing piece.

    I have written to you 3 times in the past week to resolve the problem of my puzzle pieces being in the wrong direction and I have tried everything to correct the problem. I’ve tried everything to rectify the problem, nothing works. I have “purchased” many puzzles from your app and even with all my inquiries nobody has responded to correcting my problem. If I don’t hear from somebody in the next 3-5 days I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

    Dear Heidi,

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in response!

    It seems that you started a puzzle with rotation mode on. You need to turn off rotation and try to solve this puzzle again.
    When you choose a picture to solve, use the Rotate pieces toggle to enable/disable the rotation mode. Please note when rotation mode is on, the button with a puzzle piece with arrows around it is highlighted. Please try.
