I’ve tried everything to rectify the problem, nothing works. I have “purchased” many puzzles from your app and even with all my inquiries nobody has responded to correcting my problem. It seems that you started a puzzle with rotation mode on. You need to turn off rotation and try to solve this puzzle again. When you choose a picture to solve, use the Rotate pieces toggle to enable/disable the rotation mode. Please note when rotation mode is on, the button with a puzzle piece with arrows around it is highlighted. Please try.
