Please first make sure that you are logged in Login section with the same details you used to register in the app.
If you are logged in, there should be your e-mail or Facebook name at the top of the screen.

If you have started to use a new device and your coins didn’t transfer, please also make sure that you are logged in Login section.
If you still unable to restore coins, please feel free to contact us. Click here, to submit a new request.
Please note: don't forget to let us know your email or Facebook account you used to register in the app and amount of coins lost.
We also need to know your Magic Puzzles ID, which you can find in the following way:
tap on your Facebook name or e-mail at the top of the screen, then Stats and scroll down to your Magic Puzzles ID. It should be numbers.
