What to do if my coins have been lost?


Please first make sure that you are logged in Login section with the same details you used during the registration. 

The same works if you have started to use a new device and would like to restore your coins.

If you still unable to restore coins, please feel free to contact us. Click here, to submit a new request. 

Note: don't forget to let us know your email or Facebook account you used to register and amount of coins lost. 

We also need to know your Magic Puzzles ID, which you can find in the following way:

tap on your name or e-mail, then Stats and scroll the page down. It should be numbers.

    I had to reset up my iPad and my coins didn't transfer. I am logged in via Facebook account ...deecutshall@yahoo.com. I am not sure how many coins I had. Not a huge amount ... Maybe near 1,000 ?

    I also lost all the completed puzzles and any progress on puzzles.

    No one has helped me yet. I had 1750 coins until I registered an account with you guys. Now I only have 570!...what happened to my coins can you please give them

    I still have an open request for lost coins. I lost approx. 6000 and they have never been added. My total as of March 19 should be 7486. Email is ( llpaulson45@wowway.com )

    I had 1984 Coins and after registering it has lost 1000 coins - also why does it keep flashing "please check your mail box" When I go to my mail box there is nothing there Can you help Amazing puzzles

    I had a problem with magic puzzle freezing up. I eventually had to delete it an reinstall it. When I did, I was able to restore most of my puzzles but NONE of them were completed. I also had over 3000 coins that were not restored. Can you help? Perkins1022@gmail.com.

    I lost all of my coins when I logged in via Facebook. I was following instructions after losing all of my puzzles after updating. My puzzles have now been reinstated but no sign of my coins. I had approximately 2565. I have sent an enquiry about this already before my puzzles reappeared.

    I lost all of my coins when I logged in with a different email for the tournament. I updated it and registered and I had about 3800 coins and did everything it says to restore them.
