What is Login section?


The registration allows you to easily restore your game progress and all your purchases in Magic Puzzles Shop in case the app is accidentally deleted or your device is changed. 

You can register via Email or Facebook account. 
You are able to view your stats, and all the packs tied to your account with us: 
Here you can also restore either free or paid packs one by one.

    I can not sign in with email because the email address is showing up wrong don't know how to fix it and Facebook won't let me sign in either

    Too many problems since they added the coins. I give up and will use my other puzzle Apps

    We are very sorry to hear about the issue.
    Could you please let us know the following details:

    • have you shared any completed puzzles via Facebook? If so, how often?
    • have you use "Challenge" or "Invite" feature in the tournaments section?
    • how long have you been registered with us?
    • when have you started to see the error message?
    • Do you have the Facebook app installed? or the account details are entered right in the Settings of your iPad (Settings -> Facebook)? Or for example you have registered through the browser.

    These details are very important for us.

    I want to restore my coins. I should have at least 3318 coins.

    Hello!

    Could you please let us know whether you have a registered account with us?

    If so, please let us know the registered email or Facebook name and surname.
    Generally, you can restore the coins by entering My Account section with the same details used previously.

    I did ALL of the above Magic Puzzle troubleshooting and I am still missing 3000 lost coins plus 2800 that will not show up on 2nd device. The device they're on crashes when I try to purchase. Can this be resolved?

    I have downloaded the app on both my iPads a have made purchases on each why are they not appearing on both my iPads ?

    I've lost all my coins I should have at least 3,950. I was saving them to purchase puzzles later. I want my coins back!!!!

    Well I've lost all of my coins again. This is really starting to make me mad. If you guys can't get my coins back and stop this I will find another game to play!!!!!!! This is twice I've lost coins

    Can not connect to FACEBOOK or by email-I get the same error code as the people above when trying to sign into Facebook and have done all the problem solving suggested. When I submit email there is none sent-checked spam folder.

    Lost over 4,150 coins overnight. I did not log out or get a new device. They just disappeared and I sm unable to retrieve them.

    I am unable to restore my paid packs!! I have 30 packs listed in the my packs tab and they will not restore!!!! Please advise why this is as I have spent a great deal of money on them and I am now unable to use them!

    I have lost all my free download packs including march,April,may and June. I click on restore packs it asks for my apple id and password and then nothing happens. Why did I ever do the upgrade!!!!!!!! I was happy playing this app before all the registration stuff etc. getting pretty frustrated with it. I have noticed in the App Store that all my free downloads that I had before all under the one app and had partly completed a pack are now there individually to download. At least one good thing is that I have kept my coins so far:)

    I can't do anything. I am like Kaz. Why did I ever do the upgrade!!!!!!!! I was happy playing this app before the upgrade. I can't even buy new puzzle packs. I get CHARGED for them and they say they download but they aren't there. Could you maybe restore everything back to before the upgrade, including the software level? I will NEVER do an upgrade again. This truly sucks!!!!!!!

    When you purchase the Ultra Pack go to the puzzle store, next to where it says My Collection, at the bottom of the first page. You can download any and all of those puzzles if you paid for all of them. This is my understanding.

    Dear Kathy!

    I believe you have purchase the Ultra all inclusive pack.
    If so, you should open the Puzzle Shop and you will see the Download or Restore button on all the packs available. Just press the button to download the ones you like.

    This works exactly as described by Karen.

    Ok I've tried everything to get my magic puzzle to open however I had to uninstall and reinstall but now I've lost all my coins over 1600 and my level and my puzzles I paid for. Please help me
