What is Login section?

Registration in the app allows you to easily restore your game progress and all your purchases in Magic Puzzles Shop in case the app is accidentally deleted or your device is changed. 

You can register in the app via e-mail or Facebook account. 
You are able to view your stats and all the packs linked to your account with us: 
Here you can also restore free and paid packs one by one.

    I can see stats packs but I do not see how to restore the lost 167,000 coins plus I had in my account, what happened and I want to get them back. Don't like the setup and have lost coins in the past but not so many. Paid a lot for them and don't want to fool around with getting them back... Jean Moose

    I had over 3,100 coins and all but 625 show up. Also, for the last 3 or 4 months, I keep playing puzzles but it doesn't go over the 100 level mark. I know I have played more than the 100 levels - closer to over 200 + levels. Please let me know when my correct coin amounts will show back on my account and also when the correct numbers will also be shown on my account

    please help, all my 4 thousand and something coins gone, all my puzzles that I have solved since last year gone, my level gone, what is going on, and I don't get any response from you!

    I was up to level six with over 400 coins, it has all gone, I have emailed several times before Christmas about missing coins, never had any replies. I bought coins and none showed up. I took magic puzzles off and put back on still the levels all disappeared which was level four.

    I am enjoying it except for the fact I am losing levels (5 today and 4 before Christmas) plus coins of about 2000 before Christmas all paid for and about 400 today! It is so frustrating.

    Please could you sort this out, thank you.

    Can I move the completed puzzle packs I bought to the cloud or do I just have to delete them? They rake up a lot of space on my IPad but I would like to access them for my granddaughter who is autistic to put together. She loves doing puzzles!

    Hello! I astonished since on December 25th, 2014 I paid $69,99 for a whole year subscription but today, April 12, 2015 I have received an announcement saying that my subscription is over and if I want to extend it, I have pay again. I think that's not fair. Please, help me in order to reactive my subscription. I don't want problems but solutions.

    If you still have issues with coins, please, reinstall the application. You can restore all your paid downloads and purchases on the My Account page. Please, follow the article:

    Also you will be able to restore all your progress if you were registered in the app.

    I do not receive the email to complete registration on my new email and iPad and my email account does not have a spam folder to check. I'm getting emails in my inbox from the magic puzzles about transferring my points to my new email address so I know they are not blocked.

    As my old email is inactive I can't log in through that. This app needs a way to change your email address in the profile as that is something people do and switching is a convoluted process. They told me to set up a new account and then they will transfer my points and level. So I tried but the registration email never arrives.

    Lyn-jt, Please try to register once again by tapping on "It's not my email" or please try to register another email account. We're working on this problem and hope to fix it soon.

    Hi there and a Happy New Year to you guys at Ximad!

    I wonder if it is possible for you guys to check out my coins status! I know at one point I had somewhere around 7000 - 8000 coins, maybe a little more , then I purchased some puzzles , but I feel certain I had more than 730 coins left. I cannot be sure exactly how many coins I thought I had as I have been unable to do any puzzles for some time as I haven't been well enough, plus my poor eyesight hasn't been helping either. Now I feel much better and able to have a go at some puzzles again, though I am waiting to collect my new glasses which I believe are now ready! So I'm ready 100% very soon. I keep up to date with my free downloads and the festive ones too, and I notice that the festive ones will soon be out of time to collect. I would be grateful for your help in this matter. Unfortunately I am unable to recall an exact number of coins, due to poor my memory caused by the amount and types of medication I have to take.

    I accidentally clicked on the wrong Facebook account which we use the same iPad for two different FB account between me and my husband and I wanted to sign up with mine but ended up using his. How can I redo it over? Please advise. Thank you!
