How do I enable/disable in app purchases?


You can manage in-app purchases in the Settings of your iPad: Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> In-app purchases

    I bought a Dinamarca puzzle, I paid and till now nothing. My money was gone and the puzzle ?????? What can I do? Thank YouTube, Patricia

    I have written about 3 emails to you. I ordered Cozy Life and have not received anything. The money was taken out of my checking account and I got a receipt from iTunes that the money was for sure taken out. I am getting upset at your support. I went to in-app purchases and I cannot get into that. Probably because it was never downloaded. Please do something about this ASAP. No answers to my emails either--- just that it was being reviewed and that was June 4. I would think that if the money was already taken, why does it need reviewed. I have never had this problem with any other apps.

    I have tried everything you told me to do to no avail. I tried to call iTunes but just got a recording. I wish there was a person to explain my problem. All I know is that I bought Cozy Life package and never got it to even download. It surely won't restore something I never downloaded. Nothing to download. Please send my package so I can download it. The money has been taken out of my checking account. Got a receipt from iTunes that the money was taken out Please advise ASAP as I have been writing to you people since last Wednesday. I am very frustrated with your support system.

    I'm fed up with this company. My email mail to them came back and still have no puzzle that I purchased. I do know how to delete apps and I'm planning on doing that! Bev

    I am really fed up with you people!!! I have written you emails and on your help site and only got 1 answer which did not help at all.     I have purchased a lot of your puzzle pacs and have never had any problems downloading the pacs. Today I purchased the Czech Republic pac and have not been able to download it. I have gone to my settings and released the restrictions. I have also registered with Magic Puzzles, so I don't know what else to do. Please either release the puzzles or give me instructions on how I may get to the Czech Republic pac. My email is deborahkidwell@rocketmail.com.

    Hello again...thanks again for your support...i have done what you asked in my account section and the restore my packs button is just not installing my puzzles including the ones i have purchased...the puzzles are there and and read installed but there are no pictures or puzzles when i press them...I'm really upset about this....what can you do to rectify this ongoing problem oft the last three weeks. Waiting to hear from you.

    I just purchased Holiday Preparation and all it shows, under My Packs, is Restore. When I click on Restore All Purchases, nothing happens. The pack I purchased doesn't even say installed like the others. The money has already been taken from my iTunes card balance. If I go back to the puzzle Holiday Preparation, in the list of puzzle packages you can purchase, it says it's already been installed and asks if I want to purchase it again for free? Well why isn't it installed and why won't it open when I click on Restore? I just want what I paid for. Please let me know how to proceed.

    Since I had my iPad wiped of malware I have lost seven purchased puzzle packs but some of the free packs have returned. The puzzle names and frames come up but no pictures yet when I go to help they appear as unlike caked and installed but how do I get the pictures back. I love doing the puzzles. Please help.
