You can easily move coins, statistics and packs from one device to another.
In order to do so, you need to login with your e-mail or Facebook account on the device you have all the data stored on. Then login with the same account details on the new iPad.

After the login on a new device, all the stats and coins will be restored automatically.
To download the packs, press the Envelope sign/your name or e-mail in the upper right corner of the app -> open Packs tab -> press Restore on the puzzle collections you would like to be downloaded.
If you see blank puzzle packs after restoration, please reinstall the app on your new device and follow the instruction above once again.
