How do I transfer the data to another iPad?

You can easily move coins, statistics and packs from one device to another.

In order to do so, you need to login with your e-mail or Facebook account on the device you have all the data stored on. Then login with the same account details on the new iPad.

After the login on a new device, all the stats and coins will be restored automatically. 

To download the packs, press the Envelope sign/your name or e-mail in the upper right corner of the app -> open Packs tab -> press Restore on the puzzle collections you would like to be downloaded. 

If you see blank puzzle packs after restoration, please reinstall the app on your new device and follow the instruction above once again.

    I just set up my new ipad air2 . having problem move completed puzzles info to the new ipad tried to follow the help but i dont seem to work any scuggestions?

    I have a new iPad. After new Registration, I miss Level and purchased packages. How can I Restore the current state ? The App I ve already uninstalled and reinstalled several times but nothing changes.

    I have the new iPad Air 2 and my puzzle packs and coins and levels didn't transfer.. (Level 22, coins 1184, and lots of puzzle packs). Help

    Just like comment from 1 month ago -- just set up my air 2 -- signed in thru FB -- packs, coins, etc restored but none of my complete puzzles. Didn't load all of my completed ones! Tried all your instructions. What do I do now?

    I transferred my coins, etc but the puzzles didn't transfer. Only a few did. It says they're installed but when I try to pull them up it boots me out of the app. Any suggestions?

    I had the same problem with completed puzzles disappearing when I transferred my account to my new iPad. Here is the fix: make certain your account is registered by email or Facebook. Then delete & reinstall the app on your new iPad. Look in the new app using your account info. Look at My Packs and manually reinstall all your missing puzzle packs. You may have to do this one pack at a time; I first tried to restore all at once which caused the app to crash. If this happens or puzzle packs disappear during the restore process, just delete & restore again. As the puzzle packs are reloaded, your completed puzzles should reappear. Fixed the problem completely for me!

    I just received an iPad air wanted to transfer my account to it followed all the steps listed but I was level 28 on my previous iPad transfer data now has me at level 8. All my puzzle packs did not transfer over. I recently purchased a Christmas themed pack with my coins which did not transfer over. Does not recognize any puzzle that I had completed on old iPad and did not transfer over started puzzle either. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on new iPad with no luck.

    My problem is the same I have a new iPad Air and the puzzles have not come from the old one. The coins and level are correct. What do I do?

    The device I had my puzzles on is a first generation iPad. I have been playing Magic Puzzles on it since June. Now it will not open at all. I have tried everything from cold boot to having it plugged in when I tried to open the game. I have sent several emails to your tech support and haven't gotten any help. I have a new iPad Air 2 and I am having most of the same kinds of problems as the comments above. It indicates I am at level 31 and I was over level 70. Not all the puzzles downloaded. What can I do now. I looked at all your help statements and can't get any help there.

    I'm having same problem moving from iPad 3 to new iPad Air. Logged in on both devices via email. Was finally able to get puzzles I purchased moved over but not the ones that I got for free as I went up levels. Completed ones not brought over. Ones in progress not brought over. Biggest problem. Has me at level 1 with no coins. This is the second time I've lost all my coins on this app.

    I have a new iPad Air 2. I have signed in several times. They say I have a email to restore all puzzles and coins and levels. I have never received an email with a link for this. Frustrated.

    My coins and paid puzzles did transfer but none of the free monthly puzzles transferred.
    I emailed via the "submit a request" two days ago. Just got a reply to sign on and hit restore. I did this but only coins and a few paid puzzles were restored. Frustrating.

    "Restore" will get rid of the ads and you'll have your purchased puzzles however don't know if there is a solution for syncing completed or in progress puzzles.

    I am trying to access my puzzles on my new iPad Pro. It appears as though the app has transferred over successfully from my old iPad. However, my puzzle packs are showing up on the login screen as installed, but I can't see them or access them.

    I have followed your directions and some of my puzzle packs have showed up but the hidden puzzle pack 1 and puzzle pack 2 do not appear and all my magic December, November, October puzzles say that they are installed but when I click on them if boots me off the app. Please help.

    I have messaged you several times and have tried everything you have told me to do to restore - my puzzle packs (only some were restored and none that were in progress or completed), my coins (none were restored - over 4000), the levels I reached (approx 25). I tried to reboot, re-register and restore. Nothing seems to help. I keep getting the message to check my mail but I have tried the same instructions you keep sending me and it is not addressing my lost coins, levels and puzzles completed. What do I do now? I'm losing patience and I'm ready to quit this application if these problems cannot be resolved --- or at least tell me if it's impossible.

    Where are the puzzles I started on my iPad2? I am looking on my iPad pro and everything seems to be there except the ones I have started.
    Can I not switch between iPads and keep playing the same puzzle? Do I have to consider them as separated?

    Reading all the above problems, I feel sad for everyone. Especially those people who do not get a reply. I too am busy transferring all this app's data from my iPad Air to 12.9 inch iPad Pro, and find it simply takes a lot of patience and a lot of re-installing. At last everything has been restored - apart from all the puzzles I've downloaded and completed in "Best in the World." Will try deleting and reinstalling just ONCE more and then I'll give up, feeling a bit of disgust. Have not had this problem with any of the other jigsaw apps. Good luck, everyone!
