1. Please make sure that you are logged in on your iOS device with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase – this is important because the purchase is linked to the Apple ID.
2. Open the Shop
3. Categories
3. Go to the My Packs category
4. Tap on the Restore all paid downloads button
5. Enter the Apple ID you used for the original purchase and press OK
I have did this multiple times and it hasn't worked. Help please.

I purchased the Gold Pack using funds I had on Facebook. I got the 30 energy but did not receive the three puzzle packs & I still see ads.
