FAQ Magic Jigsaw Puzzles

I haven't received Gold Pack, Ultra Pack/All Inclusive or Unlimited Energy

Please first make sure that you are logged in on your iPad with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase. You can use Restore all paid downloads button in the Login section (if you are logged in there must be your name/e-mail) -> Packs tab. 

After pressing the button and entering your Apple ID details, all of the purchased packs will be added to your Packs section. You can restore the packs you need using the Restore button on each pack.

You can also repurchase the Ultra Pack/All Inclusive, the Gold Deal, and the Unlimited Energy for FREE. You will never be charged twice for the same purchases as long as you use the same Apple ID.

    I have signed in and am able to get all my puzzle packs but not me all inclusive

    I have purchased the all inclusive but it doesn't seem to be showing up in the puzzle app. I have tried logging in but everything is as it should be. What else can I do?

    I purchased a gold pack and never received it. The ads stopped but no puzzles. I've restarted several times and no luck. It's not in my collection to purchase again or to restore. Please help

    I have emailed 3 times now on coins not being delivered, did all the steps to restore with no luck, now my credit card has been charged twice and I haven't received any coins! When are you going to respond to the emails!

    Went through all steps but still can't restore gold pack. I have part, I.e. Can make my own jigsaws but am still getting annoying adverts and that is the main reason for purchasing gold pack.

    after i log in, i do not see any page where i can refresh or reboot pack i bought. only four puzzles in 'my collection'

    I paid for NO Advertisements and after updating my iPad to the lasted the IOS, I now have ads again. I was able to restore all my other purchase packs, backgrounds and coins, but it did not restore the one for the now Ads. I was used to having my puzzle pieces on both sides and now I only have one side and it has ads on it and I get push ads also before I can open up Magic Puzzles. Please help, it is quite annoying!

    New iPad Pro, my points and levels are returned to my new iPad, however the gold pack, no ads is not pack. Plz help.

    I cannot find my ultra gold pack or my all inclusive pack or my energy pack where it shows all my downloads. I had to restore my app after deleting it because it was acting up & I couldn't download anymore. Please advise or correct this problem. Thanks, Theresa Keizer
