FAQ Magic Jigsaw Puzzles

New Interface

Dear Customers,

 

In the version 3.0.0 the interface was completely updated as well as navigation in the game! New simple design allows you to quickly navigate in the game and gives you new emotions from using the app!

When you open the app, the slideshow of completed puzzles appears on the screen. To open your Collection, please just tap on the slideshow and your Collection will come up.

    All updated but stil the same still can't see pieces of puzzle. Only thing that changed is the Christmas decorations have been added and snow

    Strangely, I had not been able to reload my purchased, but deleted jigsaws for well over a year, but can again now since the update. Brilliant for me but I understand the frustration on others.

    Like others the update was useless. There weren't any puzzle pieces. I deleted the app and reloaded only to lose everything previously purchased over the last few years plus my coins (well over 7000). This HAD been a great app but I'm frustrated and disappointed!

    Like makeitmyday2day' I had toreload only to lose everything plus I lost over 14,400 coins. Needless to say, I am not hurt, frustrated or disappointed. I am pissed off! Will probably delete ap never to return as the site has little regard for Myers as they have not reinstated my coins or even acknowledged I submitted a request.

    I still can't play coz there is no puzzle pieces. I lost all my completed puzzles and packs as well as my coins. I already reinstalled the app even but it's still the same. It was fine before the update.

    Still no puzzle pieces so annoyed and frustrated lost all my puzzle packs also. Can't you just go back to last version and skip making it Christmassy, Christmas only lasts a few more weeks and then you'll want to change it again

    I've updated the latest bug fix, but still get a black page with snow. Can't access any puzzles. I love this app so will be patient. Looking forward to the next update!

    I just send you an email requesting to please review my stats and my puzzles because I feel I have done some of those puzzles to many times , They are not showing completed

    I just got the latest update and I can't run the app :( I get the opening screen and then it crashes

    Having same issues as others with the update 2.8.2. After update unable to open and play. When is an update expected ed to agrees this issue.

    What gives!!!!!????? I installed the update and it was all messed up, just like air of other player's I uninstalled the whole app and reinstalled and after a night all was back to normal--for a minute! The next day all was good again. Now all is messed up again!! About to uninstall FOREVER!!

    Updated to 2.8.3 but still the same. Can't open the puzzles. Have to reboot and its OK for a few minutes then it crashes again.

    I think it is even worse after this update. Crashes every minute or so. Before at least I had a few minutes play.

    Updated to 2.8.3 and still crashes upon starting the app. This has been happening since the last two to three updates.

    Magic puzzles Can't you just go back to the version before 2.8.1 when it was working just fine.

    My level, energy, & coins haven't been right and I haven't gotten all of my puzzles back since I updated on 11/30. I've done every update to fix the bugs, but mine hasn't changed.

    What is the problem? I cannot play any puzzles? I certainly can waste five minutes on Get More, Get More, Get More points, but what is the point if I can't play sat all or get my daily bonuses? I am so frustrated. Stop providing us updates that just make everything worse!

    I just did the 2.8.4 update and nothing changed. I'm giving it until 12/30 to be fixed or I'm deleting this app. I think a month is long enough to deal with this.

    I have updated and nothing changes. The app still crashes with alarming regularity.

    I had some similar problems, and lost some of my completed puzzles, but found the Magic Puzzle Support team to be very helpful recovering puzzle packs and coins.. Thank you and Happy Holidays to all!

    I know how to update, install, etc. since I was in IT for 25 plus years. My question is: How do I do a complete backup of my account which should include all puzzles, coins, and all info. connected to my account? I thought I read a statement of this information but I cannot re-find the info. I do not use Facebook so how is our information tracked? I hope you are understand what I want because I will not do the update until I know that all of my info & perks are safe. I think a couple of issues that I am having (frozen screen when trying to collect coins, puzzles are also freezing when I have completed and before the option to receive more coins). Anyway I know that I have asked many questions in the past month but it is info. you & I both need.
    One last puestion, I would like to rate your application but have no idea how to do this since I have never wanted to rate an application.

    Thanks for finally restoring my 'lost' puzzles and coins! Although it took a while I understand these are very technical issues to work out. I'm not certain if I have all the puzzles but you did the right thing and restored my faith in your app.
