If you notice that the app has become slow and pieces are freezing, please follow the steps below 🙌
1. Reboot your device and reopen the app.
2. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
3. Make sure you have at least 1GB of free space on your device.
4. Make sure that you don't have too many apps running in the background while starting/playing Magic Puzzles.
5. Delete as many puzzle packs from your collection and completed puzzles from My Photos and Feed as possible. To delete a pack/puzzle, tap and hold it, then tap the trash bin button.
If the problem continues, please reinstall the app. Please ensure you are registered in the app to save your coins, level, and puzzle packs.
❗️ Started puzzles, puzzles created from photos, and puzzles downloaded from other players in the Feed can't be restored after app reinstallation. Progress in missions and the Daily bonus (the gift icon) will also be reset.

As far as I know Location has never been an issue. When I reported this problem a few days ago I discovered that the problem was only associated with the Bonus puzzles. The problem disappeared a day later and I completed several bonus puzzles over the next two days. But now it’s happening again. I’m very frustrated!
I am having a difficult problem of pieces either not moving or puzzle frozen. Please help. A few days ago I had no problems. The location is never Please help
The daily puzzles for May 11 will not open. This is going on every few days ! Location it’s not an issue but this is very frustrating please help.
My puzzles keep splitting apart after puzzle is complete and it will not allow me to get my points when done
For the past couples od days the game keep freeze, only is allowed me todo 2. I think Friday Sept. 3 I removed the game, I turned the iPad off for about 1 hr. Then I retired the game to find the 51 packs disappear. Where are they??? Also why you do not inform the number of puzzles are in a pack. Like 5 or 10, or 30.. please fix the freezing is driving crazy.Thanks

The freezing of the puzzle drives me nuts. Location is not on. have to turn the iPad off to get the puzzle going again. Then 10 minutes later its happening again. Please do something about this.
Its not fun this way!
