How do I delete puzzle packs?

Puzzle packs can be deleted from the My Collection page and the completed folder.

To delete puzzle packs, follow these steps:

• Tap "Show more" under the My Collection section.
• Long-press the pack you want to delete. Confirm your decision.

❗If there is no Show More option displayed, that means the minimum required number of packs is installed on the My Collection page. In this case, the packs can't be deleted. 

We recommend adding more packages to your collection so that the "Show more" option appears, and you can delete packages you don't need. You can add packages back to the "My Packages" category in your Library.

A deleted pack can be restored later from the My Packs category in the Library.

    Once again my July puzzel pack will not download. I've tried since yesterday because that was the 1st.

    Somehow I show packs I never downloaded and that I can't get rid of. Pressing and x'ing them out doesn't work on these puzzles- the x never appears. How do I get rid of these puzzles?

    Why doesn't anyone ever answer these questions? I'd really like to delete some locked packs, but the "x" doesn't work on them. Will someone please answer?

    I bought 2 puzzle packs with coins. After I my coins were deducted I got a message that the server was under construction. I didn't get my puzzles and I lost over 6000 coins. All attempts to restore have failed. When I try to contact support it tells me that my operating system number is invalid and won't send it. I know my system is 8.3 because it was just updated last week. I want my puzzle packs or I want my coins returned. This is totally unacceptable.

    Sooooo frustrated! Did the Christmas Update and lost all November puzzles that I had completed! I redid all of November since I could not get them back! Next problem! I backed up my iPhone then did a restore. I lost all of my coins, puzzles, power ups, and my patience! I am not at all okay with working so hard to complete puzzles and get my coins etc just to lose them! I was saving my thousands of coins to make new purchases this year! I am contemplating deleting this app since I use it for hours a day, to chill, but losing and not being able to restore things lost is sooooo stressful! Please fix this asap. Three strikes and you are OUT!!!!!

    Yeah.... Might work on iPad but not on iPhone. All this does is take me into the pack itself to start a puzzle. Doesn't matter which screen I'm on

    Since last update in July I lost 60 of my puzzle packs. I went to restore packs and when I tried to download it shows no puzzles and no picture of pack

    I have tried repeatedly to delete packs by pressing down and then pressing "X". It does not work. Please advise or fix.

    I don't know if this ever gets read I hope so. My problem is I updated my app in July 2017and when it said open it didn't, I've tried a few times since and still nothing happens. Please help me. I am an old lady and I used to play it all day every day. The version is 2 12 2.
