How do I find my game ID?

When you download the app, a game account is created for you, and you get a unique Player ID. It can be found in your account settings. ID helps us find a player's account in our database and check it if necessary. To find your game ID:

1. Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen settings.png

2. Select Account account.png

3. ID

Please note: this is an example of how to find your ID — your actual Player ID is a series of different numbers.

    Puzzles seem to freeze when finished but I don't get my coins, please can you rectify, doesn't happen all the time but just in the last fortnight.

    I completed 3 puzzles of 288 pieces and no coins were awarded. I received an email saying you would add the coins to my total. Thank you.

    Ok, I have signed in think I found my id, now give me my coins. I'm tired of this you can't give me refund so stop holding my coin. My name is Lynn Bell and I'm very frustrated.

    Have completed half a dozen puzzles, but didn't get any coins. Now have completed two puzzles, didn't get coins and screen didn't show I had even completed the puzzles. Neither puzzle even showed they had been completed, when clicking on those puzzles it shows them as "new" not "continuing". Never had that happen before.

    I have completed at least 8 puzzles of 288 pieces. No coins awarded. I have been told that would would add the coins back in. Still waiting. Log in is wolfvlynn.

    Been playing these puzzles for quite a few years now & then all of a sudden Puzzles kept Freezing then go off & not been able to play them for a few weeks now. Tells me to delete & restart them. So tried that but only a very few puzzles have come back. Really not impressed. I have a newer Version of the IPad. & have same log in details on that & when they loaded up on that I only had a few & lots of blank spaces. Over the yrs I had built up quite a collection so I am really annoyed. I had the monthly collections from last 3yrs, now have none. Thank you. I hope this can be resolved. Joan Keates.
