What is Magic Puzzles VIP?

Magic Puzzles VIP offers the opportunity to subscribe and get all the features of the game at once!

Upon receiving the VIP status, you will get the following:

- No-ad version of the game

- Unlimited access to the whole collection of 40,000 puzzles

- The ability to create and play puzzles from your own photos

- The ability to download packs to a device and play offline

- 1200-piece difficulty level 

- Premium backgrounds

- Two trays for pieces

- Exclusive category of puzzles that is available only for our subscribers

- Family Sharing

Upon subscribing, you will immediately receive free access to the full collection of puzzle packs in the Puzzle shop! All new packs released in the future will also be available to you for free during a subscription period. Packs that are not included in the subscription have prices in real currency under them in the Puzzle Shop.

The subscription also allows you to create and solve an unlimited number of your own user-created puzzles and turns off ads in the game.

You can choose a subscription plan according to the price and duration. 

The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may cancel a subscription anytime via the subscription settings of your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.

In case of canceling a subscription, you lose all the benefits described above, and all downloaded paid packs will be temporarily blocked. You will be able to unlock them at any moment by renewing a subscription or purchasing a separate puzzle pack.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period as the original package unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

    Please restore my year subscription. It was cancelled through Apple iTunes due to my credit card issues. This has been cleared up as of today: 10/22/2018. I appreciate your help as my aging mother loves doing puzzles. Thank you in advance. AzMegan

    My puzzle froze... this has happened several time... and i had to delete and restore the app. Now i no longer have vip status and i cant rotate my puzzle pieces or solve puzzles with more than 42 pieces. Whats up with that. Can you restore my puzzle?

    I just went VIP every since I can’t do puzzle straight after one. It is black pieces only. Have to go out of app and reopen to have Visual of pieces? Help

    I have a VIP membership and with the latest update I am seeing ads in the 2nd tray where puzzle pieces usually go. Help!

    Yea, I’m a VIP and now I’m getting ads and my bottom tray is gone. Not happy, this is my FAVORITE game and I don’t want to remove it because my VIP account isn’t being honored.

    I am also VIP and have ads at the bottom of the screen on the second tray. Also, I have not been able to rotate the pieces on my iPhone app. Some of the puzzles have to be reloaded to work

    Mona A… I asked the app folks and they said that there is a new update that should correct the problem. Take a look, it should be there and it’l take care of the problem. I didn’t have rotating issues, but I hope the update helps! -CatM
